Parking is available either in the small car park at the rear of the property (approached from Llewelyn Ave) or alternatively on the road in front of the property (Abbey Road/Llewelyn Avenue). Directions are as follows; On entering Llandudno, follow the signs to the promenade. Continue along the the prom until reach the T-Junction (near cenotaph). Turn left and continue straight ahead at main roundabout. At the next (mini) roundabout turn right into Arvon Avenue. Holcombe House can be seen facing you at the junction of Arvon Avenue and Abbey Road.

Access to Holcombe House from the Car Park is via nine downward stone steps following a path round the side of the house to the front path. There are three wide steps up from the front path to the entrance of the hotel. The front entrance takes you into the hallway and the ground floor is level throughout.

There are no bedrooms at ground level and no guest toilets in any of the public areas.

All bedrooms are first and second floor level. Access to the first floor bedrooms is up ten steps to a small landing area and then a further four steps. Second floor bedrooms are up a further nine steps, a small landing and a further seven steps. There is no lift available.

All rooms have a cordless kettle and remote controlled tv.
